Marketing: Managint Profitable Customer Relationships

The goal of this post is help the people can define marketing and the concept of marketing:

First of all: Marketing is the way that managing the profitable customer relationship. It mean there are 2 part of market: One is attracting the new customer to the service and remain, development the current customers to improve the profit of the company.
In addition, marketing is not the "sale" and "advertising". Marketing include the sale and advertising.
Kotler has a definetion of the market:
"Marketing is a social and managerial process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging products and value with other"
=> so the market is more complex than a simple defintion, this is include a lot of define and working in many things.

Some things could be marketing include: Goods, Services, Experiences, Events,, Persons, Places, Properties, Organizations, Information and the Ideas.
Goods: This is the most simple thing to understand. Goods are many things: From the fruit, shirts, clothes, to computer, laptop and many things.
Service: Credit card service, banking are the best example for the service.
Experient: School, University or the concept that the people give their experient to everybody.
Event: A show of a singer or the big conpept is the event that need to marketing.
Person: A singer and actor are the people who need to be marketing to everybody.
Place: The famous place of the country like Ha Long Bay, Paris and Moscow
